American Square Dancing (Sidmouth College) The Club meet on Wednesdays at Church House 7.30-9.30pm in term time. A fun and friendly club. If yore a graduated dancer or would like to learn - just come along or call Wendy on 514092.

Apple Tree Pre-School We welcome children aged 3 - 5 years old on Mon to Fri mornings between 9 - 11.45am, and Mon, Wed &Fri, afternoons from 12.45 - 3.15 pm. A lunchtime club runs Mon, Wed and Fri 11.45 - 12.45pm during term time at Sidmouth Infants School, Manstone. Please call into the Pre-School for more details.

Carers National Association The association Sid Vale Branch was formed to enable carers to meet together, to offer mutual support, the chance to share experiences and practical help and advice with people in similar situations who understand the feelings of carers, or to point the carer in the right direction for information or help. We meet on the 2nd Monday of each month at Trumps Court, Ham Lane at 2.15pm where there is a cup of tea and a welcome for all carers. For more details phone 514664.

Children's Hospice South West    Sidmouth Friends Group Regular Meetings are held in the Stable Room at the Blue Ball Inn on the last Wed of each month at 7.30 p.m. All newcomers and potential helpers are very welcome.

Sidmouth Lion's Club http://sidmouthlions.lionwap.org The motto of our worldwide Lions Clubs organisation is ‘We serve’ and Sidmouth Lions achieve this primarily through fundraising and service activities. Our many fundraising events include the Great Duck Derby on the River Sid (3rd Sunday in July) and Santa’s Carol Float (for 3 weeks prior to Christmas). Our service activities include helping those in need and making donations to worthwhile causes and charities. We also have a variety of social activities. Sidmouth Poetry Reading Circle This friendly, informal group, established in 1984, meets once a month in Sidmouth. Its aim is to share an appreciation of all types of poetry. Each meeting is dedicated to the reading and discussion of a chosen poet or theme. Members who themselves write verse are encouraged to share their work.
